How long are your data stored?
The personal data provided by you will be processed during our contractual relations/subscription to the newsletter, and if the legal provisions oblige us to keep the data for a certain period of time, during this period (e.g. accounting documents are kept according to the accounting law for a period of 10 years).
If the personal data is no longer necessary for us to comply with our contractual obligations or legal provisions, this data will be deleted periodically:

What are your rights?
As a data subject, under certain conditions, you have the following rights:
right of access to data – in accordance with Article 15 GDPR you have the right to obtain from us confirmation of the processing of personal data concerning you, as well as the right of access to that data; at the same time, you can obtain a copy of the personal data provided to us and which are the subject of the processing; If you submit the request in electronic format and unless you request another format, the information will be provided to you in a commonly used electronic format;
For any other copies requested by you, we have the right to charge a reasonable fee, based on the administrative costs;
right to rectification – you have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate personal data, as well as the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data;
the right to erasure – you have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay, and we are obliged to erase such data where:
(i) the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or processed;
(ii) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing is carried out and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
(iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing;
(iv) the personal data have been processed unlawfully;
(v) the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject under Union law or Romanian law;
the right to restriction of processing – under Article 18 GDPR you have the right to obtain restriction of the processing of your data;
the right to data portability – you have the right to receive your data personal data, as they were provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit these data to another controller, under certain conditions;
right to object – you have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time, to the processing of your personal data, including profiling based on those provisions;
the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling;
the right to lodge a complaint under art. 77 GDPR with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing;
the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing of personal data carried out by us on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
